The company claims to have a lifetime warranty on the product, only to tell you they can’t accept a return. So it’s basically worthless. Stopped working after 3 months. Complete crap, horrible customer service. Never buy
for 2.5€ you can buy a better one in Ikea, and they have a customer service so they would replace your article with a receipt. Here they ghost you after few mails so the warranty is passed and your patience abused.

Great customer service !! I ordered the elbow brace unfortunately when it arrived I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company and asked how may I return this and order another size. Absolutely no problem on their end !! Excellent customer service!!
Product stopped working within a month and no longer operates. Waste of money for poor product, DO NOT BUY! Says it has a lifetime warranty, but business won't replace the defected item. Better off buying a competetitor's brand that's reliable with better customer service.
It was a joy to work with the customer service team, when I had a problem with my mattress pad. Matter was quickly handled and a replacement pad was shipped to me at no cost. I will now continue using my very convenient and comfortable mattress pad for a long time and I would highly recommend Powerlix for your next inflatable mattress pad.
