Tiramisu Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
Pancakes:
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup latte
- 5 tbsp butter
Mascarpone Cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs yolks
- ½ cup mascarpone
- 3 egg whites
- Coconut oil
Decoration:
- Finger biscuits
- Cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1
Begin by adding the ingredients of the
pancakes in a large bowl and wrap everything with an electric mixer.
Step 2
Then in another bowl add the sugar the egg
whites and the sticks reine.
Step 3
Bake for 15 min and let cool.
Step 4
For the cream beat the yolks with the sugar
until you have a thick cream then add the mascarpone gradually.
Step 5
Beat the egg whites and add to the previous
preparation and refrigerate .
Step 6
In a frying pan on low heat, put a small pan
of pancake batter as it begins to form air bubbles on the top of the
pancake turn and cook on the other side.
