Sweet Potato Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potato puree 
  • ¼ cup of butter 
  • 2/3 cups of sugar 
  • 1/3 cup of evaporated milk 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tsp of Pumpkin Spice 
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate 
  • 1 pie crust


Step-By-Step Instructions:

1.  In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until even.
2. Roll out the dough and cut circles with the pie maker.
3. Stuff them with the mixture and press them well so they wont open.
4. Bake at 400º F for about 15 minutes.
