Raspberry Mango Smoothie

 

1 - RASPBERRY MANGO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

      • 1 cup frozen raspberries
      • 1 cup chopped fresh mango
      •  ⅓ cup vanilla almond milk

       

         

              INSTRUCTIONS:

              Step1

              Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!

               

               

              2-PINEAPPLE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

              INGREDIENTS:

                  • 5 pineapple rings
                  • 1 ripe mango
                  • ½ cup pineapple juice
                  • 5 fresh mint leaves
                  • Juice from ½ lime
                  • Crushed ice

                   

                     

                          INSTRUCTIONS:

                          Step1

                          Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!

                           

                           

                          3 - BLUEBERRY AND BLACKBERRY SMOOTHIE

                          INGREDIENTS:

                                • 11 oz coconut water
                              • 2 tbsp honey
                              • 1 cup blueberries
                              • ½ cup blackberries
                              • 1 banana

                               

                                 

                                      INSTRUCTIONS:

                                      Step1

                                      lace all ingredients into the blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.                                       4 - GREEN SMOOTHIE

                                      INGREDIENTS:

                                          • ½ cup water
                                          • 1 banana
                                          • 1 medium apple
                                          • 1 cup fresh spinach
