INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Portobello Mushrooms Caps, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- Sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step1
Slice 2 portobello mushroom caps and place into a one-gallon storage bag.
Step 2
To the bag, add 1 sliced onion, 1/4 cup soy sauce,1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat a cast iron pan over medium heat with oil. Add in marinated mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, until caramelized.
Step4
Serve on the mozzarella bowl. Garnish with parmesan cheese, fresh coriander and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
