Popcorn Cone Ice Cream

POPCORN CONE ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

  • 75g marshmallows
  • 50g Popcorn
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 50g white chocolate
  • Ice Cream

        INSTRUCTIONS:

        Step1

        Make 50g of popcorn with PowerLix Microwave Popcorn Maker.

        Step 2

        Put the butter in a frying pan. When it is melted, place the marshmallows and blend until the marshmallows totally melted.

        Step 3

        Then add the popcorn. When the mixture is consistent, place it on a tray with parchment paper.

        Step4

        With the help of a spatula, press the mixture into the tray to be consistent of the same height. Once done, place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

        Step 5

        Remove from the freezer without ever taking the parchment paper from the mixture. With the mixture form a cone. When done, put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

        Step 6

        Use melted white chocolate to the ends of the cone. Choose your favorite ice cream flavor and place it on the cone. Ends with sprinkles.
