Popcorn Apple Crumble

POPCORN APPLE CRUMBLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50g popcorn
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6 sliced apples
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1

Make 50g of popcorn with the PowerLix Microwave Popcorn Maker.

Step 2

Next, put the popped popcorn, butter and sugar into the food processor.



Step 3

Then slice 6 apples. On a pan with a piece of butter, put the sliced apples and cinnamon until they are soft and baked.



 

Step 4

Place the apples mixture in a rectangular bowl with the crumble dough on top.



Step 5

Bake at 200° C for 10 minutes, until the dough is golden.



Step 6

Serve with ice cream and powdered sugar.
