Mini Red Forest Pavlovas



  • 5 egg whites
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Strawberry Jam
  • Berries and almonds  for topping



    Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.

    Step 2

    In stand mixer with whisk attachment, beat the egg whites for 5 minutes and the mixture is consistent. .

    Step 3

    Continue beating, add sugar and vanilla. On large parchment-lined baking sheet, spoon 6 large dollops of meringue, pressing lightly in center to form indent for filling.


    Bake 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. To serve, fill with strawberry jam. Top with berries, almonds and powdered sugar . Serve and enjoy!
