Jelly Fruit Cake

JELLY FRUIT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Mango
  • 12 Strawberries
  • 2 Handfuls of Grapes
  • 15g Agar Agar
  • 750ml Water


UTENSILS:

  • Fruit Shapper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1

Cut all the fruit with the Fruit Shapper. Next mix the agar agar with hot water.



Step 2

Next mix the agar agar with hot water.



Step 3

Put each layer of fruit and add a little bit of the mix (agar agar and hot water).

 

Step 4

Repeat the process for the other fruits (mango, strawberries and grapes). Freeze for 3 hours.
