JELLY FRUIT CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Apples
- 1 Mango
- 12 Strawberries
- 2 Handfuls of Grapes
- 15g Agar Agar
- 750ml Water

- Fruit Shapper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1
Cut all the fruit with the Fruit Shapper. Next mix the agar agar with hot
water.
Step 2
Next mix the agar agar with hot water.
Step 3
Put each layer of fruit and add a little bit of the mix (agar agar and hot
water).
Step 4
Repeat the process for the other fruits (mango, strawberries and grapes). Freeze for 3 hours.
