ICE CREAM POPCORN BURGER
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup kernels
- 2 cups ice cream of your choice
- Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup peanuts salted, roasted
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup agave syrup
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray; set aside. Make 100 g of popcorn with the PowerLix Microwave Popcorn Maker.
Step 2
To make caramel popcorn, melt butter, brown sugar, agave and vanilla in a large saucepan set over medium-low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in popcorn until well coated; cool slightly.
Step 3
With slightly damp hands, shape about ⅓ cup of popcorn mixture into a ball. Place on prepared pan, pressing gently to form a cookie shape. Repeat with remaining mixture to make 12 cookies.
Step 4
Freeze for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Sandwich a ⅓ cup scoop of ice cream between two cookies.
Step 5
Freeze until ice cream is firm. Then dip the wafer in dark chocolate. Top with salted peanuts and again freeze.
