HOT DOG SUSHI WITH BACON AND CHEDDAR
INGREDIENTS:
- 300ml water
- 200g short-grain sushi rice
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 hot dog
- 1 sheet nori (dry seaweed)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 long bacon slices
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step1
Bring 1 cup water and rice to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, until water is absorbed, about 10 minutes. When ready, let cold for 20 minutes. Stir rice vinegar into the rice with a stapula.
Step 2
