Honey Mustard Salmon In a Pineapple

HONEY MUSTARD SALMON IN A PINEAPPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Salmon Fillets

Marinade:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 small red chilli
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 dashes black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Pineapple Slices
  • Chopped parsley leaves, for garnishing

        INSTRUCTIONS:

        Step 1

        Preheat oven to 400F.

        Step 2

        Combine all the ingredients for the Marinade together, whisk to combine well.

        Step 3

        Marinade the salmon for 30 minutes.

        Step 4

        Arrange the salmon on a tray with olive oil. Add the sliced pineapple and the marinade to the salmon, and bake for 25 minutes.

        Step 5

        Remove from heat.

        Step 6

        Serve the salmon on top of a peel pineapple and top it up edible flow.
