3 Types – Chocolate Fondue

 3 TYPES – CHOCOLATE FONDUE

1- PINK PEPPER AND DARK CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS:

      ●  ⅓ cup whipping cream

      ●  2 tablespoons of whole milk

      ●  1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

      ●   ¼ teaspoon of pink pepper, plus a pinch more to decorate

      ●  120g (or 4 ounces) dark chocolate

      ●  a handful of fresh strawberries

      ●  a handful of fresh grapes

      ●  2 cupcakes, cubed

            INSTRUCTIONS:

            Step1

            In a small saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar and pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved, and scald

            Step2

            In the meantime, chop the chocolate and add it to a small heatproof bowl

            Step3

            Once the cream mixture reaches scalding point, pour it over the chopped chocolate. Leave to sit undisturbed for a minute, then whisk until smooth

            Step4

                Pour the chocolate fondue in a pretty serving glass or bowl and sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper over the top. Serve immediately with the fresh fruit and cookies!

            3 – RED VELVET WHITE CHOCOLATE

            INGREDIENTS:

                ●  1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

                ●   4 ounces white chocolate

                ●   About 4-6 drops red food coloring

                      INSTRUCTIONS:

                      Step1

                      Break the white chocolate bar into small pieces using the handle of a wooden spoon. Unwrap and add the pieces to a medium saucepan along with the whipping cream and red food coloring.

                      Step2

                      Place in the saucepan, on medium heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate melts and the sauce is completely smooth, about 5 minutes. If it’s too thick, then add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency. Serve with fruits.

                      3 – CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL

                       INGREDIENTS:

                            • Two 4-ounce chocolate bars
                          • One 15.85-ounce jar prepared dulce de leche (about 1 1/3 cups)
                          • Kosher salt
                          • Fresh fruit, such as berries, pineapple chunks and red and/or green grapes, for dipping

                                INSTRUCTIONS:

                                Step1

                                Break the chocolate bar into small pieces using the handle of a wooden spoon. Unwrap and add the pieces to a medium saucepan along with the dulce de leche, 1/2 cup and 1 teaspoon salt.

                                Step2

                                Place in the saucepan, on medium heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate melts and the sauce is completely smooth, about 5 minutes. If it’s too thick, then add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency. Serve with fruits
