● 120g (or 4 ounces) dark chocolate
● a handful of fresh strawberries
● a handful of fresh grapes
● 2 cupcakes, cubed
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step1
In a small saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar and pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved, and scald
Step2
In the meantime, chop the chocolate and add it to a small heatproof bowl
Step3
Once the cream mixture reaches scalding point, pour it over the chopped chocolate. Leave to sit undisturbed for a minute, then whisk until smooth
Step4
Pour the chocolate fondue in a pretty serving glass or bowl and sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper over the top. Serve immediately with the fresh fruit and cookies!
3 – RED VELVET WHITE CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS:
● 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
● 4 ounces white chocolate
● About 4-6 drops red food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step1
Break the white chocolate bar into small pieces using the handle of a wooden spoon. Unwrap and add the pieces to a medium saucepan along with the whipping cream and red food coloring.
