  • 100g chocolate cookies
  • 100g after eight chocolates
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 150 grams of marshmallows
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 250 grams of whipped cream
  • 1 tsp of mint extract
  • 2 tsp green dye

Instructions

  1. Grind the chocolate cookies and the after eight chocolates in the food processor.
  2. Add the melted butter and chocolate and blend.
  3. Mix the cookies with melted butter and chocolate in the tart mold. Press
  4. Melt the marshmallows together with the cream cheese at 900 watts for 1 minute in the microwave. Stir smooth.

5. Beat the whipped cream until stiff.
6. Stir the cream cheese with the marshmallows through the whipped cream.
7. Finally, add the mint extract and the green colorant as you like.
8. Scoop on the cookie base. Smooth and decorate with the after eight chocolates. Enjoy!
